First Monday

FunDay Monday is our newest addition to program at Bound Together! With program partners assisting us on successive Mondays each month, we’re working to brings experiential learning that’s fun to our students.

Be a maker!  Pontiac Creative Arts Center will be giving our kids an opportunity to try out various kinds of art, whether it’s paper, paint, or clay!  We’ll meet local Pontiac artists and maybe get to walk over to PCAC to try things out in their studios, too.

Second Monday

4-H is all about exploration, and we are lucky to have Ms. Cheyenne coming to share computer coding and robotics with us!  (Cute little guys called “spheroes” –balls that we can program to do stuff!)  This super STEM project is supported by a grant from Apple.

Third Monday

Fourth Monday

Kids need to move and they crave opportunities to play together – and Sheriff PAL can deliver on both!  We’re going to put our gym to good use as our students try out sports and games in a setting that’s about fun and skill-building.

We can’t wait to see what our friends at the Library bring out to us – manga cartooning?  Game nights?  Maybe some crafts?  Adventures with reading of all kinds, for all of our students grades 1-8 – a way to reinforce the love of reading in a way that works for kids!
