Special events and visiting programs

Every community has celebrations, and Bound Together is no different.  Our families look forward to celebrations around various holidays (about which we welcome the input of our volunteers, families and friends), and we always have an end-of-year party to affirm our kids’ accomplishments.

During the season of Christmas, through in-kind donations from the AAUW (American Association of University Women), Abiding Presence Lutheran Church and other charitable organizations and individuals, children have the opportunity to shop for their special someones, with each child receiving something(s) to put under the tree. Whether it’s Halloween, St. Patrick’s or Valentine’s Day:  you can be sure we will celebrate friendship and community at Bound Together!

Bound Together also offers visiting enrichment programs in art, music, STEM, or activities like yoga as they are available to us — and we welcome information about opportunities that open up the world for our kids.
